There is a darkness that haunts the world, living on the edges of perception. It can kill, but is prefers too corrupt, to grow and multiply in hearts. It can seduce the stoutest of souls. Usually those souls are lost to us, like addicts, unable to stay away from the lure too long.

You are not one of those poor souls, lost to the world. You clawed your way back from the darkness. You wrestle with it every day. The desire. The sweet satisfaction of power. The itch under your skin to embrace the corruption once again. That same itch that compels you to  seek it out and destroy it before it destroys you.
